Capitol RW Officers with Judge Mary Lou Keel & Judge Betsy Lambeth
Attendees learned about the Court of Criminal Appeals from Judge Keel and how the Courts of Appeals send decisions to both of the two high courts in Texas. District Judge Betsy Lambeth shared about the variety of district courts, their creation, caseload, or appeals process. Both candidates in the 3rd Court of Appeals Republican Primary Runoff Election attended as well!
